Responsibilities- Handling of purchasing department tasks such as filing and generating POs for hand requisitions/MRO items submitted by all departments.
- Review open POs to ensure vendor acknowledgments are received and update each PO accordingly.
- Maintain and organize PO files.
- Occasionally meet with vendors regarding business and product updates.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Positive customer service attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Education & Experience- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two years’ experience in related field preferred.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
