What You’ll DoYou’ll play an essential role in our service team by performing:
Oil changes and filter replacements
Tire rotations and basic maintenance services
Multi-point inspections
Fluid checks and top-offs Light shop duties that keep our service department running smoothly
Friendly, professional interactions with customers and coworkers
What We’re Looking For Reliable with a strong work ethic
Detail-oriented and take pride in doing the job right
Willing to learn new skills and follow safety guidelines
Team-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in automotive basics OR eager to learn (no experience required!)A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
JOB REQUIREMENTSTools required to perform repairs and services.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Must be able to speak effectively.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to use a computer for reference and training/testing.
EDUCATIONEducation, training and/or state/national certifications should clearly demonstrate the possession of the knowledge and skills stated above.
High School degree or equivalent preferred
Valid Drivers license that meets dealership insurability requirements
Trade or Vocational School certificationEXPERIENCEMinimum 2 years experience in automotive repair or service as a lube techASE certifications a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Walking/Standing for 6 to 8 hours in a shift
Using hand and/or power tools and equipment consistent with industry standards
Bending, stretching, lifting, reaching and climbing
Lifting up to 70lbs.
Possess physical and manual dexterity
