A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is seeking a motivated and professional Business Operations Intern to join our growing team in Canton, Ohio. Pay & Schedule
  • $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
  • Minimum of 15‑20 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing

This internship provides exposure to a variety of business functions, including:

Sales & Business Development
  • Assist with lead generation and prospect research
  • Support sales initiatives and customer outreach efforts
  • Help maintain CRM and sales records
Human Resources & Recruiting
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities
  • Help schedule interviews and communicate with candidates

    Support employee engagement initiatives
Accounting & Finance
  • Assist with administrative accounting tasks
  • Support invoice and documentation management
  • Help maintain organized financial records
Administrative & Operations Support
  • Assist leadership with special projects
  • Support office operations and daily administrative tasks
  • Help improve processes and maintain organizational efficiency
What We're Looking For
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Professional and dependable
  • Detail‑oriented with strong time‑management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Interest in business, sales, HR, management, accounting, or operations
