What You’ll Actually Do
  • Sales & Business Development:
    Assist with lead generation, prospect research, customer outreach efforts, and maintenance of CRM and sales records.
  • Human Resources & Recruiting:
    Support recruiting and onboarding processes, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
  • Accounting & Finance:
    Help with administrative accounting tasks, support invoice and documentation management, and maintain organized financial records.
  • Administrative & Operations:
    Assist leadership with special projects, support daily office operations, contribute to process improvements, and maintain organizational efficiency.
The Must-Haves
  • Background:
    Currently enrolled student in a college or university program, with an interest in business, sales, HR, management, accounting, or operations.
  • Experience:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Skills:

    Strong communication, organizational, time‑management, and detail-oriented skills; a positive, professional, dependable attitude and willingness to learn.
