Business Operations Intern | A Quality Facility Services The Tone
This is an internship at A Quality Facility Services (AQFS), located in Canton, OH. AQFS is a growing company that provides facility services, investing in its team members. Part‑time (15‑20+ hours per week), Flexible Schedule - Location:
In‑person, Canton, OH - Pay: $18–$20 hourly
- Team:
Reports directly to company leadership - Mission:
To provide valuable support across multiple business departments, helping to improve operational efficiency and contribute to company growth. - Tech Stack:
Microsoft Office, General Computer Applications, CRM
- Sales & Business Development:
Assist with lead generation, prospect research, customer outreach efforts, and maintenance of CRM and sales records. - Human Resources & Recruiting:
Support recruiting and onboarding processes, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives. - Accounting & Finance:
Help with administrative accounting tasks, support invoice and documentation management, and maintain organized financial records. - Administrative & Operations:
Assist leadership with special projects, support daily office operations, contribute to process improvements, and maintain organizational efficiency.
- Background:
Currently enrolled student in a college or university program, with an interest in business, sales, HR, management, accounting, or operations. - Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. - Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, time‑management, and detail-oriented skills; a positive, professional, dependable attitude and willingness to learn.
