Responsibilities- Handling of purchasing department tasks such as filing and generating POs for hand requisitions/MRO items submitted by all departments.
- Review open POs to ensure vendor acknowledgements are received and update each PO accordingly.
- Maintain and organize PO files.
- Occasionally meet with vendors regarding business and product updates.
- Professional attitude and appearance

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
