Projects including work for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Mansfield Air Reserve Base, Stark County Commissioners, Tuscarawas County Commissioners, City of North Canton, R.G. Drage Career Technical Center, Buckeye Career Center, Wayne County Career Center, Stark State College, and The Ohio State University.

Project Size Ranges from $200,000 to $15,000,000.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Canton, OH. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily field operations, supervise construction sites, ensure projects align with safety regulations, coordinate work schedules, and monitor project progress. The role involves regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met while maintaining consistent communication with owners and architects to address any challenges and ensure project efficiency and compliance.

Duties of Site Superintendent Include;

• Assist in Post Bid/Pre-Construction Process of Subcontractor Scope Review and Award
• Coordinate Subcontractors Daily in Accordance with Project Schedule and Contract Milestones
• Manage Weekly On-Site Construction Meetings with Subcontractors
• Attend Weekly On-Site Progress Meetings with Owners/Architects
• Coordinate Testing and Inspection Requirements with Third Party Testing Agencies and Building Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)
• Effectively Manage Project Schedule Utilizing Primavera P6
• Effectively Monitor and Enforce Safety Regulations and Company Safety Policy
• Effectively Track On-Site Changes Such as Requests for Information (RFI), Architects Supplemental Instructions (ASI) and Bulletins. Continual Documentation of Changes in As-Built Drawings
• Maintain Clean and Orderly Job Site

• Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to oversee and coordinate project subcontractors effectively
• Experience in Site Supervision and managing construction processes
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Inspection processes to ensure project quality and compliance
• Familiarity with Construction Safety practices and regulations
• Ability to manage time, resources, and solve problems efficiently
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Relevant certifications, such as OSHA safety training, are encouraged.
