What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience
• Experience independently managing multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Background in retail, restaurant, tenant improvement, renovation, or ground-up construction
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client communication
• Willingness to travel to active projects approximately one to four times per month
• Someone looking to take on greater responsibility and build a long-term career with the company
