Location:

Onsite in Canton.

Compensation: $60K-$72K, plus an annual discretionary bonus. Profit sharing after 2 years of employment.

• 4+ years of customer service or account management experience, ideally within manufacturing or printing industries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order management
• Ability to coordinate across departments and handle multiple priorities efficiently
• Experience with ERP or MIS systems
• Problem‑solving skills to address and resolve customer issues promptly
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• No travel required, but a proactive approach to communication and problem‑solving is essential
