Call Center Representative

* Canton, OH | Temp-to-Hire | $15.00/Hour (Weened Shifts pay $16/hr.)**

** 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Monday-Friday + Every Other Weekend

Are you professional, dependable, and great on the phone? Do you have a clear speaking voice, excellent attention to detail, and strong computer skills?

We're hiring Call Center Representatives NOW for a busy incoming call center in Canton! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become a long-term position for the right candidate.

You will serve as a professional answering service for a variety of businesses, including medical offices, law firms, manufacturers, and other organizations. Every call is important, and accuracy and professionalism are critical.

What You'll Do

Answer a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
Serve as an extension of clients' businesses and provide excellent customer service
Take accurate messages and gather important information
Route calls and messages to the appropriate contacts
Handle calls for doctors' offices, attorneys, manufacturers, and other businesses
Enter information accurately into computer systems
Follow detailed instructions and client-specific procedures
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude on every call

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Call center experience preferred
A clear, professional speaking voice
Must be able to type 25+ words per minute
Must be able to pass a hearing test
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Strong typing and computer skills
Ability to listen carefully and accurately document information
Professional and dependable work ethic
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain calm and courteous with all callers

Schedule & Pay

*
* Starting Pay: $15.00/Hour (Weekend Shifts pay $16/hr.)**

** 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
**

* Monday-Friday + every other weekend
**

When you are scheduled to work the weekend,
you will receive two days off during that week
