Answering Service

Location: Canton, OH
Pay: $15.00 per hour + $1.00/hour weekend shift differential
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time Available (30+ hours considered full-time)

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for a variety of businesses, helping callers receive professional and courteous assistance. Clients may include medical offices, dental practices, schools, business call lines, and other organizations that rely on exceptional customer service.

• Answer incoming calls for multiple businesses and organizations
• Provide professional, friendly, and accurate customer service
• Take messages and relay information according to client guidelines
• Gather and document caller information
• Handle calls with confidentiality and professionalism
• Transfer calls or escape urgent matters when necessary
• Maintain accurate records while using computer systems and phone software

• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Professional phone presence and customer service mindset
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, particularly when handling medical or professional client calls
• Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, or administrative experience is helpful but not required

• Available shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM
• Weekend availability required
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available

• Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
• Additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for weekend hours
