Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM
ASAP Start
Ongoing Assignment
13 weeks or longer preferred
Negotiable
Bread & Butter General Dentistry
DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
Active, unrestricted Ohio dental license (or ability to obtain upon graduation)
CPR/BLS Certification
DEA Certification
Active NPI Number
