Dental Works is seeking a patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our network of clinics. As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive general dental care to a diverse patient base, delivering high-quality, affordable treatment in a compassionate, team-oriented environment. You will perform examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, develop and present treatment plans, and complete restorative, preventive, and emergency procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns, basic endodontics, and periodontal therapy within your scope of practice.
You will work closely with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to ensure a seamless, positive patient experience, emphasizing education, prevention, and long-term oral health.
In this role, you will review medical and dental histories, order and interpret radiographs and other diagnostics, and document all findings and treatment in the practice management system with accuracy and compliance. You will adhere to all clinical protocols, infection control standards, OSHA and HIPAA regulations, and evidence-based clinical guidelines. You will collaborate with the clinical team on treatment sequencing, case presentation, and follow-up care, and, when appropriate, coordinate referrals to specialists.
You will contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment and support continuous improvements in clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
