Position SummaryWe are looking for a full-time Licensed Architect to join our Canton, OH Office. We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about the field of architecture and is looking to grow a team of professionals. Interested candidates must demonstrate their ability to provide leadership and inspire team members within a fast-paced work environment.
ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Works with the project design team on projects throughout all phases of design.
- Preparation or original architectural design layouts, details, drawings, and specifications.
- Review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines.
- Coordinate and integrate design work between the architectural discipline and other engineering disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking to evaluate, select and apply design skills and techniques to project-related assignments.
- NCARB Registered Architect
- A minimum of five (5) years’ of related experience.
- Experience with Revit Software a plus.
- Familiarity with local codes and authorities having jurisdiction.
- Possess the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Proficient with managing client/owner/contractor relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership and time management skills to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage project priorities.
- Possesses the ability to mentor junior staff.
- Periodic travel will be required.
