We are seeking a Chief Medical Officer / Medical Director to provide strategic and operational clinical leadership across our organization.
This role is ideal for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine MD/DO who is ready to expand their leadership footprint while maintaining meaningful clinical involvement.
Clinical Leadership & Strategy- Oversee clinical quality, safety, and compliance initiatives
- Drive quality improvement programs and value-based care initiatives
- Lead provider recruitment, onboarding, mentorship, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with FQHC regulations and HRSA requirements
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Monitor quality metrics, productivity, and patient outcomes
- Support budget planning and operational decision-making
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence
- Provide direct patient care in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Maintain connection to frontline clinical operations
- Model patient-centered care and clinical best practices
- MD or DO (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
- Active Ohio license (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Interest in leadership and administrative growth
- Prior leadership experience preferred but not required—open to strong emerging physician leaders
