In this role, you will manage inpatient coverage alongside a supportive group of physicians and advanced practice providers. Practice Info
- Cohesive and long-standing team of 21 physicians and 6 APPs with the support of a clinical performance nurse at Cleveland Clinic Mercy
- Closed ICU
- Team is not expected to perform procedures or run codes
Responsibilities
- Manage the inpatient coverage
- Participate in team huddles
Compensation

Shift & Schedule
- 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shifts in a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation
- Rotate through swing shifts
- Help cover for teammates as needed
Requirements
- Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine
- H1B & J1 visa candidates are supported, with in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support provided, and all required filing fees covered by Sound
