As an Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll partner with families to provide nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Using our exclusive digital Balanced Learning® curriculum
, you’ll focus on what matters most — meaningful connections and joyful discovery with your students.
You’ll create a safe, welcoming classroom where children feel valued, supported, and excited to learn.
What You’ll Do- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans (provided for you)
- Support each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy learning space
- Build strong relationships with families and fellow educators
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
- Passion for educating and caring for young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in early childhood or preschool settings preferred
- Infant/Toddler/Preschool classroom experience preferred
- EEC Certification required
- Fully stocked classrooms and resource room
- Dedicated on-site leadership and engaged franchise owners
- Education coach and built-in curriculum planning time Consistent classroom assignments and schedules
- Flexible schedules — no nights or weekends
- School hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
