Elementary School Principal (effective August 1, 2026)

The Plain Local School District, Canton, Ohio, is seeking a Principal for one of its six elementary buildings. The district serves approximately 2,000 students across nine buildings and is among the highest performing schools in Stark County. Its mission is “Providing the Plain Community with exceptional education that is personalized, relevant and provides opportunities for students to create a better world through global understanding and respect.”

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Ohio Principal’s license.
• Provide evidence of and discuss previous highly successful leadership experiences at a level consistent with this opportunity.
