In Search Of:
Activities Specialist at the Eric Snow Family YMCA
Qualifications:
Candidate must be highly motivated, creative and ambitious with strong youth development background, sense of health and wellness, customer service, commitment to building community.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Two years experience in the area of youth development, education, social services, community outreach
* Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively
* Must be able to work in an outdoor environment, with all that accompanies it.
* CPR, First Aid and AED training.
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate daily activities. Includes STEM and CATCH program implementation
* Maintains an accurate system of records and reports
* Insure safety of program participants
* Program participant reward and incentive programs
Rate of Pay:
$13.80
Hours:
10-15 per week
