ESSENTIAL
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1. must have high school diploma (or equivalent)
- 2. must have the ability to work well with others
- 3. must have the strength and dexterity to perform all labor tasks related with the job
- 4. must have ability to take directions, possess good public relations skills and ability to work well with others
- 5. must be able to demonstrate basic computer literacy
- 6. must have acceptable background check and complete all required personnel records
- 7. must have good record of punctuality and attendance
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS
- 1. must be a positive voice with other staff and community members at all times
- 2. must be prepared for change, even if it comes at a faster than desired pace
