ESSENTIAL

QUALIFICATIONS:

• must have high school diploma (or equivalent)
• must have the ability to work well with others
• must have the strength and dexterity to perform all labor tasks related with the job
• must have ability to take directions, possess good public relations skills and ability to work well with others
• must be able to demonstrate basic computer literacy
• must have acceptable background check and complete all requred personnel records
• must have good record of punctuality and attendance

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS

• must be a positive voice with other staff and community members at all times
• must be prepared for change, even if it comes at a faster than desired pace
