We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Transportation Division for our Canton, OH office location. This position oversees the planning, design, and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects. This role leads project teams, manages budgets and schedules, ensures regulatory compliance, and serves as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage transportation projects from concept through completion.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Manage client relationships with ODOT districts, LPAs, and partnering agencies.
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, contractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee review of engineering designs, plans, and estimates.
- Ensure project compliance with federal, state, and local transportation standards.
- Track project performance and resolve issues quickly.
- Lead proposals, business development, and mentoring of junior staff.
- Contribute to team and service line growth.
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
- 15+ years of transportation project experience.
- PE certification (or ability to obtain) is required.
- Proven experience delivering ODOT or LPA projects.
- Demonstrated success managing client relationships and leading project teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
- Experience with ODOT roadway, bridge, or transit projects strongly preferred.
