Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineering, Operations Manager
From early concepts and design development through production and final delivery, the Architectural Project Manager owns the entire project lifecycle. The role translates contracts, preliminary ideas, and design intent into precise, build-ready drawings; ensures compliance with specifications and standards; and develops detailed specification sheets, material takeoffs, and accurate bills of material that power Sales and Operations.
Throughout production, this role provides hands‑on oversight to protect quality, timelines, and customer expectations—while identifying smart, value‑engineered solutions that improve efficiency and strengthen project profitability. With a strong technical foundation and a customer‑first mindset, the Architectural Project Manager delivers clear communication, reliable execution, and confidence at every stage of the process.

What You Have Achieved- A two‑year degree in relevant course of study is required.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), AutoCAD. Experience with database applications such as MRP/ERP system is beneficial.
- Strategic in orientation, proactive, persistent, and able to handle multiple projects and/or customers simultaneously, be able to work within a fast‑paced environment.
- A strong desire to learn new products and a positive attitude towards change is also required.
- A Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant course of study with several years of experience in fabrication and design is preferred.
- Previous project management experience
- Deliver build‑ready drawings that meet manufacturing requirements by applying engineering standards, material knowledge, and precise calculations
- Enable detailers to produce clear, accurate, and efficient drawings by defining dimensions, materials, and critical construction details
- Create accurate bills of material and material takeoffs that align with fabrication practices, production tolerances, and manufacturing constraints
- Drive project success by developing and maintaining schedules that align with purchase orders and evolving project needs
- Increase profitability by collaborating with Sales and Production to identify cost‑effective solutions and value‑engineered alternatives
- Lead projects through every phase—from design and detailing to engineering review, production, finishing, and final shipment
- Protect scope and margins by reviewing contracts, change orders, and cost estimates with a sharp eye on pricing impacts
- Improve cost, quality, and operational performance by recommending product and process enhancements
- Support product strategy and development by coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and cross‑functional teams for new and existing products
- Resolve project challenges proactively by coordinating with Production, Sales, vendors, customers, and logistics partners to meet deadlines
- Ensure safe, on‑time delivery by overseeing packaging, crate design, and truckload planning throughout the shipping process
