Key Responsibilities- Design roadways for ODOT and Local Public Agency (LPA) clients.
- Create and review detailed project design calculations, quantity takeoffs, specifications, plans, and contract documents.
- Work collaboratively within the Transportation Team, delegating responsibilities effectively.
- Adhere to project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Apply ODOT design manual and AASHTO principles to enhance highway design quality.
- Utilize advanced roadway design CADD software to optimize workflows.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members.
- Occasional travel for client meetings and site visits, with potential overnight stays (up to 10% of the time).

Education: Master's degree preferred;
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
Experience: 18 years of related experience required.
Licenses &
Certifications:
Professional Engineer license required;
Valid Driver's License required.
