we are looking for you as a(n)
Chemist
.

• Work with sales managers and customers to identify customer needs and develop applicable formulations.
• Developing appropriate testing plans for work to support opportunities.
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues.
• Coordinate with operations to introduce new products and address quality issues with existing products.
• Optimize cost position during product development through formulation optimization.
• Provide support for chemical and lab safety.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry
• Chemical Engineering / Material science with 3+ years in a technical role in a chemical manufacturing environment and/or QA/QC laboratory.
• Rubber compounding, rubber testing, or rubber processing experience a plus

A minimum requirement for this US-based position is the ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent unrestricted basis. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for any type of US permanent residency (e.g., for a green card).
