Full Time – Summer 2027
Responsibilities- Develop a practical understanding of industrial mechanical and electrical systems, including drawings, schematics, and OEM documentation
- Apply engineering problem solving to real equipment, maintenance, and reliability challenges in a production environment
- Understand how maintenance and engineering decisions impact safety, cost, uptime, and production performance
- Gain exposure to business and management fundamentals, including budgeting considerations, project planning, and resource prioritization
- Learn how cross functional teams (maintenance, operations, engineering, leadership) collaborate to achieve business goals
- Build professional communication skills and confidence transitioning from academic theory to real world industrial and business applications
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
- Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester
- Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
- Preferred majors:
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related
