Drop​/Count Team Member Shifts Vary

Overview

The drop & count team member works under the direct supervision of the Drop Team & Count Manager. Incumbent will assist in the daily clearance of slot machines and soft-count in an efficient and secure manner in accordance with the procedures and policies of Lucy Star Casino.

• Requires morning, afternoon and evenings. Monday through Sunday.
• Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval by the D/C Manager.

• Ensure all gaming machines are dropped.
• Ensure Table games (blackjack/poker) are dropped.
• Soft count of gaming machines and table games.
• Keep all equipment in working condition.
• Must exhibit STAR treatment to all customers and co-workers.
• Other duties as assigned by Drop and Count Manager/Supervisor.

• Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling.
• Hand and finger dexterity.
• Hand and eye coordination.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Must be able to move objects up to and exceeding 30 lbs. with reasonable accommodations.
• Cannot be color blind.
• Casino environment (exposure to cigarette, cigar, pipe smoke, bright flashing lights, loud mechanical noises and crowds).
• No allergies to cleaning soaps detergents or other specified cleaning chemicals.

• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Must maintain valid Cheyenne-Arapaho Gaming License.
• Experience working in an environment such as an assembly line where repetitive action, grasping small objects from a moving line and accountability for a defined amount of production in a specific period of time.
