Traveling District Customer Service Representative

Description

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm or 7am-3:30pm

• Will travel up to 2 weeks per month both in state and out of state to train customers
• As a District Support Rep you will be in charge of assisting new customers with getting acclimated within various software they have purchased
• This position will require travel (both locally by car and nationally by plane) for up to 1 week per month
• Response to inquiries via email and phone
• Travel to client sites to help with software installation to assist with any questions
• Train employees at client site to become proficient within the software

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canton, OH.

The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $19.23/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Canton,OH.
