CFO

This CFO role, based in Stark County, Ohio, collaborates closely with the President and Chief Operating Officer to contribute to organizational strategy and efficient operations, and with a Business Manager to maintain compliance with internal and external regulations. • Financial Management: Execute the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting process along with supporting analysis, which highlights and quantifies opportunities and challenges that need to be addressed.

• Risk Management

  Identify and mitigate financial risks. Ensure the company maintains a strong capital structure and manages liquidity effectively.
• Team Leadership

  Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to meet the company’s financial objectives.
• Stakeholder communication: Present financial information and strategies to stakeholders, including ownership team and cross‑functional leaders. Build relationships with external partners such as lenders, external accountant, and lawyer.
