Job Title: Controller

Location: Canton, Ohio

Schedule: On-site, Monday‑Friday

Salary: $115,000‑$125,000

The Controller will oversee the day‑to‑day accounting and finance operations for the organization while serving as a key business partner to leadership. This role will play a critical part in strengthening accounting processes, improving reporting visibility, and helping lead an upcoming ERP implementation initiative.

• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and strengthen internal controls across the organization
• Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and reporting processes

• Proven experience in accounting or financial leadership roles within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience leading process improvements and driving operational efficiencies
