Comm Quest seeks a full-time Finance Enrollment Specialist to work at our Assessment Center located in Canton, OH. The Finance Enrollment Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing all enrollment, financial transactions and services within the agency related to financial client services. This includes handling client payments, maintaining financial records, processing insurance information, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures. The Financial Enrollment Specialist will work as a liaison between Intake Staff and the Finance team.

Comm Quest Services is one of the largest non-profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio, working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. We help people make positive changes in their lives through in-patient, outpatient and school-based programs, along with supportive services – from basic needs to employment assistance.

- Assist clients with completing financial paperwork and enrollment forms.
- Verify eligibility for insurance coverage, Medicaid, and other financial assistance programs.
- Educate clients about financial assistance options and payment plans available.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date insurance information and financial records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Input and track client financial data in the electronic health records (EHR) system.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of client financial information.
- All other duties as assigned.
The work schedule is primarily between Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. with flex time on Fridays. Must have availability to accommodate additional hours as needed and requested by the Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Intermediate computer navigation skills are required for extensive computer usage with MS Office.
- Must have the ability to manage a multi‑line phone system maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor in stressful situations.
- Previous experience with Next Gen and/or other Electronic Health Records database, Charge Verification, Charge Entry, and/or Billing is highly preferred.
