Leo Force in Canton, OH is seeking a senior Finance Manager to lead the financial operations, budgets, forecasts, and reporting to executives. You will oversee month-end close, AP/AR, cash flow, and financial controls to support strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred), 5+ years in financial management, strong accounting knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills. CPA/CMA is a plus.
