Position Summary

An accountant position focusing in treasury and capital within Aultman. This role involves overseeing cash management, leasing/financing, and capital project funding to align with the healthcare organization's strategic objectives. This position is responsible for managing and analyzing financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance and assist with budgeting and forecasting at year end.

This position is responsible for managing and analyzing financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance and assist with budgeting and forecasting at year end.

This department collaborates closely with leadership, operational teams, and external partners to align treasury and capital strategies with the organization’s long-term goals.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting

• Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
