Director of Social Services Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate social services programs to enhance residents’ well-being
- Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and families
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for resident care planning
- Manage social work staff and resources effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field (Master’s preferred)
- LSW license in Ohio.
- Experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations for nursing homes
