Director of Admissions and Marketing

The Pavilion at Edgefield is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Admissions and Marketing to lead census development and manage the admissions process. This role is ideal for someone who understands hospital relationships, skilled nursing admissions, and how to grow occupancy while maintaining strong clinical and community partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all admissions processes from referral through admission.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and physicians.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive census growth.

• Coordinate tours, follow-ups, and communication with families and referral sources.

• Collaborate closely with nursing leadership and administration to ensure appropriate placements.

• Track referral activity, conversion rates, and census trends.

• Represent the facility professionally in the community and healthcare market.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in admissions, marketing, or hospital liaison role within a Skilled Nursing Facility required.

• Strong knowledge of hospital discharge planning and referral processes.

• Proven ability to grow census and manage relationships.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with facility leadership.
