Director, Case Management and Peer Support

Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a Director of Case Management and Peer Support at our Crisis Services office in Canton, Ohio.

Key job duties of the Director of Case Management and Peer Support include:

  • Provide clinical management, supervision, and leadership for counseling, case management and/or peers support services.
  • Communicate effectively with consumer, families, multi-disciplinary staff, and community partners
  • Exercise balanced judgement in evaluating situations and making decisions, and to handle difficult and confrontational situations in a calm, consistent, and equitable manner

Qualifications for the Director of Case Management and Peer Support:

  • Must have LISW or LPCC in mental health field.
  • Must have experience in serving the SPMI, SMI, and/or co-occurring disorders populations.
  • A valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record a must.
  • Obtain an NPI number and Ohio Medicaid number.
  • Must be willing to complete and have favorable results for criminal background check, drug/alcohol screening, and driving check if selected for the position.

Preference given to candidates that also have:

  • Experience supervising clinical staff.
  • Program administration and leadership experience.
