Overview
$5000 Sign On Bonus Absolute Home Health Services provide skilled nursing, therapy services, social service and home health aides in the home under the direction of the patient's Primary Care Physician.
ResponsibilitiesWe are hiring an Occupational Therapist, preferably with at least 2 years of home care experience. This OT will be responsible for completing admissions, routine visits and on-call. Occasional weekend availability is required.
- Complete admissions
- Conduct routine visits
- Provide on-call coverage; occasional weekend availability required
- 2 years of skilled home care experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Self motivated
- Work well in a team environment and independently
- Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
- Computerized medical records
- Great customer service skills
