• Personal Care Assistance: Assist individuals with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing and feeding)
• Health Support: Administering medications (with training), monitoring vital signs, assisting with exercises, accompanying to medical appointments
• Life Skills Training: Teaching meal prep, cleaning, shopping
• Behavioral & Emotional Support: Implementing behavior plans, de‑escalating crises, provide companionship and emotional support
• Community Integration: Planning community outings (e.g. to libraries, parks, or events) and supporting social interaction
• Safety & Documentation: Ensuring a safe environment, reporting incidents and documenting daily progress or challenges

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check
• Compassionate, patient and dependable
• Experience is a plus, but not required – we will train viable candidates
