Pharmacist in Charge – Pharmacy Manager responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to improve patient care and community health.

• Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and participating in other programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations.
• Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and inventory levels.
• Model, enforce, and provide direction and guidance on proper customer service approaches and techniques to resolve customer needs within company guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach programs, encouraging associates to serve as community members.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, and overseeing safety and quality assurance reviews.

• Proficiency in working with patients and healthcare providers effectively.
• Expertise in analyzing data to enhance pharmacy performance and patient outcomes.
• Competence in analyzing financial data to make informed business decisions.
• Capability to manage a pharmacy, including overseeing staff and operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm

D. Pharmacy license (by job entry date). Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (e.g. APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

U.S. pharmacy related experience.

$112,000 – $197,000 per year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), and Complex Structure based on external factors.
