Position: Resident Care Assistant (RCA)

What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help residents with mobility and transfers.
• Answer resident call lights promptly and provide compassionate care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
• Build meaningful relationships while promoting dignity, independence, and respect.

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate!
• Must be able to work the scheduled midnight shift.
