No prior healthcare experience required — paid training provided.

Schedule:
One week ON Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday- next week ON Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (switch every week)- Hours are flexible; will be discussed with Manager

- Must pass background check
- Must pass a drug screen/ TB test

Key Responsibilities:
As a Medical Equipment Disinfection Technician, you will help ensure the availability, cleanliness, and proper handling of medical equipment used throughout the healthcare facility.
- Perform daily rounds to collect soiled medical equipment from hospital department
- Clean and disinfect equipment according to manufacturer Instructions for Use (IFU) and facility infection prevention guidelines
- Tag and return clean equipment to designated areas for patient use
- Partner with hospital staff to ensure equipment availability and appropriate par levels
- Follow all safety, infection control, and PPE requirements
- Maintain organized and professional work areas
- Respond to equipment requests in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff, management, and fellow team members

Job Requirements:
- Represent the organization positively and professionally at all times
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with facility management, nurses, and healthcare staff, consistently demonstrating excellent customer service
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work each day
- Wear appropriate identification while on duty
- Adhere to facility dress code and maintain high standards of personal hygiene
- Safeguard patient confidentiality and comply with all ethical business practices
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual work habits
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
* Experience working in healthcare, environmental services, logistics, or customer service is helpful but not required.
Physical Requirements:- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
- Ability to push/pull equipment carts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
