Guide patients from crisis to stability. As an Inpatient Therapist, you provide structured, evidence‑based care that restores hope —stepping in with adaptability wherever you’re needed most.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Complete therapy assessments and treatment plans within regulatory time frames .
- Facilitate daily groups (CBT/DBT/psychoeducation), family sessions, and discharge planning.
- Coordinate aftercare with community providers; remove barriers to continuity.
- Document progress notes that reflect measurable goals and outcomes.
- Float between units/shifts to cover needs; learn new routines quickly.
- Build rapport fast with patients and teams while maintaining consistency of care.
What We9re Looking For
- Masters degree with state licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT).
- 1+ year inpatient or acute behavioral health experience preferred.
- Strong group therapy and crisis intervention skills.
