Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a full-time Guardian to coordinate provision of legal guardianship services to adults in Stark County.

• Responsible for coordinating and implementing efforts to assist clients in maintaining optimum health care, safe living environments, and continued quality of life
• Work closely with other community professionals to coordinate needed services to support the guardianship client
• Frequently be required to present in a court or legal setting

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Knowledge of community resources
• Maintain excellent driving record and valid driver license
• Prefer previous work with probate court and guardianship services
