Outpatient Therapist (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) — PRN
Schedule:
PRN | Flexible shifts as needed
Help patients build a life worth living beyond the hospital. As an Outpatient Therapist, you deliver evidence‑based therapy that keeps momentum going —stepping in with adaptability wherever you’re needed most.
How You Will Make a Difference- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT/DBT/trauma‑informed approaches.
- Complete intake/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and measurable progress notes.
- Coordinate care with PCPs, schools, courts, and community supports as appropriate .
- Maintain a caseload with timely access and excellent patient experience.
- Float between units/shifts to cover needs; learn new routines quickly.
- Build rapport fast with patients and teams while maintaining consistency of care.
- Master’s degree with state license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT).
- Experience with SUD, co‑occurring, or severe mental illness preferred.
- Strong telehealth etiquette and documentation skills.
