What You'll DoProvide compassionate support to individuals with developmental disabilities

Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and household tasks

Encourage community involvement, recreation, and social engagement

Help individuals achieve personal goals and increase independence

Administer medications as trained and authorized

Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records

Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and team members

What We're Looking For Compassionate and dependable attitude

Age 18 or older

High school diploma or GEDValid driver's license

Ability to pass background screenings and pre-employment requirements
