Guest Service Specialist
Gervasi Vineyard
Canton, Ohio
Duties- Checking guests in and out and compiling a report at day's end
- Preparing audits based on the front office ledger
- Assisting guests with purchasing event tickets, buying merchandise, making reservations etc.
- Assisting guests, in person or over the phone, with inquiries including but not limited to information regarding events, specific venues etc.
- Opera Cloud experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year hotel experience required
- Customer relations experience, preferably in the Hospitality industry
- Strong working knowledge of computer software such as Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Numeracy skills
- Administrative skills
- Pay: $17.00-$19.00 an hour
