Pay: $65,000/year

Experience: 1 to 2 years of human resources or related experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Greene Resources is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Serve as first point of contact for client human resources inquiries and policy requests.
• Interpret policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Support employee relations matters including performance management and conflict resolution.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Partner on human resources projects such as employee handbook creation and compliance research.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and client-facing materials.
• Route client requests to appropriate consultants and follow through to resolution.
• Support strategic initiatives and human resources surveys as assigned.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and human resources information systems.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology platforms.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
