Experience: 1 to 2 years of human resources or related experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Greene Resources is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description- Serve as first point of contact for client human resources inquiries and policy requests.
- Interpret policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Support employee relations matters including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Partner on human resources projects such as employee handbook creation and compliance research.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and client-facing materials.
- Route client requests to appropriate consultants and follow through to resolution.
- Support strategic initiatives and human resources surveys as assigned.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and human resources information systems.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology platforms.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
