Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Zero Trust Program Manager (ZTPM) to support and drive execution of the Enterprise Zero Trust Program. Reporting into the Info Sec leader responsible for Zero Trust, this role will manage cross-functional alignment, program planning, metrics, and delivery against the Zero Trust framework and maturity model.

• Drive cross-functional alignment across security, IT, infrastructure, identity, networking, and business teams.
• Manage detailed tracking of requirements and deliverables against the Zero Trust architecture, framework, and maturity model.
• Develop and maintain program plans, metrics, KPIs, reporting, and success criteria.
• Partner with Zero Trust Pillar Leads to align roadmaps, dependencies, and milestones.
• Capture and socialize technical and non-technical requirements, changes, and status updates with stakeholders.
• Apply industry knowledge and Zero Trust subject-matter expertise to continuously enhance the program.
• Support related security initiatives such as Passwordless Authentication, Identity, and Directory Consolidation.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by Zero Trust program leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a technical field, or Business Management and 4+ years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in technology or security programs.
• 3+ years of experience working with IT or information security teams.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional enterprise programs.
• Working knowledge of Zero Trust concepts, frameworks, or maturity models.
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

• 10+ years of program management experience, including security or technology initiatives.
• 5+ years in an information security domain, with exposure to one or more Zero Trust pillars (Identity, Device, Network, Cloud, Data, etc.).
• Experience implementing Zero Trust programs in large or highly regulated enterprises.
• Broad technical familiarity across IAM, Infrastructure, Endpoint, Sec Ops, and GRC.
• Experience in the financial services or healthcare sectors.
• Relevant certifications such as PgMP, PMP, CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
• Strong executive presence with excellent presentation and communication skills.
