We are seeking a Senior Varicent BA to lead the design and optimization of Varicent ICM solutions supporting large-scale Partner Incentive & Channel Compensation programs.
This role owns system architecture, incentive processing design, data flows, and environment/migration strategy while partnering directly with Varicent Product, Professional Services, Sales Ops, and Finance.
Requirements- Deep hands‑on experience with Varicent ICM platform configuration & design
- Experience supporting complex partner/channel incentive compensation programs
- Strong understanding of ICM data models, calculation logic, and crediting rules
- Experience designing incentive processing architecture (not just reporting)
- Hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT, data transformation, and reconciliation processes
- Ability to translate compensation plans into scalable system logic
- Proven experience working cross‑functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, and IT
- Lead end‑to‑end Varicent ICM solution design and configuration
- Architect incentive calculation workflows and crediting logic
- Define and oversee data transformation, ingestion, and reconciliation strategies
- Design reporting, dashboards, and analytics for executive stakeholders
- Own environment strategy (dev/test/prod) and migration planning
- Partner with Varicent Product & PS teams on enhancements and roadmap alignment
- Document business requirements and convert to scalable technical designs
- Experience with global compensation programs
- Prior involvement in Varicent upgrades or large‑scale migrations
- Exposure to BI tools or advanced analytics environments
