Sr. Engineer, IS and Cyber Security

Yazaki is looking for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect to join our Cybersecurity team in Canton, MI
. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative and action-driven environment making lasting impacts on the organization.

• Lead the design and architecture of IAM solutions, including identity lifecycle, access governance, and privileged access
• Define standards and guide implementation of IGA, PAM, MFA, and SSO capabilities
• Evaluate and support the implementation of IAM tools and platforms
• Partner with IT and business teams to integrate IAM across systems and applications
• Ensure solutions align with cybersecurity strategy, compliance, and enterprise architecture
• Identify opportunities to improve security, efficiency, and user experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or IT architecture
• Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management
• Experience with PAM and/or IGA tools (e.g., Cyber Ark, SailPoint, Entra )
• Background in Active Directory and enterprise authentication technologies
• Preferred certifications such as CISSP or CISM
