Job Description
Desktop support candidate will provide comprehensive computer hardware and infrastructure support.
Responsibilities- Resolve service desk tickets.
- Provide direct customer support and ongoing technology maintenance for the business environment.
- Act as a self‑starter with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and peers.
- Install, maintain, and support all field IT systems, including desktop and laptop hardware, Microsoft Windows operating systems, and configuration.
- Support software installation, network and stand‑alone printers, remote access, audio‑visual equipment, mobile devices, Cisco telephones, radios, and server computer hardware.
- Work independently, manage priorities, and meet time constraints.
- Demonstrate strong people skills and effective communication.
- Apply confidence in technical skills to solve problems.
- Collaborate as a team player to complete tasks and achieve goals.
This is a Contract position based out of Canton, OH. The role is fully onsite.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 – $28.00 per hour.
